The Single Best Decision We Made

Hiring Karnak Pro Builders was the single best decision we made in our home renovation / reconstruction process. After interviewing six contractors we were most comfortable with Mitch and decided to engage Karnak to add a second level to our rancher and renovate our main floor. Mitch and Kirsty didn’t disappoint, through both the construction phase and the post completion support. During construction Mitch made several practical suggestions, identified potential problems with the architectural drawings and sourced products that were not readily available anywhere in western Canada, that both saved money and improved the final product. Post completion Mitch ensured that the inevitable deficiencies by subcontractors were addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Even years after completion Karnak is readily available to help with emergencies and to offer suggestions for ongoing home improvements. I believe this ongoing support reflects Karnak’s integrity, desire to development long term relationships with their clients and pride in providing a quality service and product.
